Add-ons
Add-ons extend your base plan without requiring an upgrade. They are available for Starter, Pro, and Business plans (not Free).

Managing active add-ons
Your active add-ons are listed on the Settings → Billing page. Each card shows the add-on name, price, billing cycle, and a Cancel button. If an add-on has been scheduled for cancellation, a badge shows the date it will be removed.
Cancelling an add-on
Cancelling an add-on does not remove it immediately. The add-on stays active until the end of your current billing period — you keep full access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. After the billing period ends, the add-on is automatically removed and your recurring charge stops.
- •No partial refunds are issued when you cancel an add-on mid-period.
- •You can cancel the cancellation any time before the period ends by contacting support.
- •If you cancel and then change your mind before the period ends, you can repurchase the add-on to continue seamlessly.
Add-on billing cycle
Add-ons follow the same billing cycle (monthly or annual) as your base plan at the time of purchase. If your plan is on annual billing, your add-on is also billed annually. You can see the active billing cycle on each add-on card in Settings → Billing.
