Export Contacts
Export all contacts for an agent as a CSV file that you can import into a CRM, email marketing platform, or spreadsheet.
Exporting contacts

Open the Contacts tab
Go to your agent and click the Contacts tab in the navigation.

Click Export CSV
Click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner of the Contacts panel. The button is disabled if there are no contacts yet.

Download the file
A CSV file named
contacts_{agent-slug}_{date}.csv downloads automatically.CSV columns
The exported file contains the following columns in this order:

Importing into common tools

If you want contacts pushed to your CRM automatically without manual exports, set up the Zapier integration with the
lead_captured event. New leads will be sent to Zapier in real time.ℹ️
The export is scoped to a single agent. To export contacts from multiple agents, export each agent separately and merge the CSV files. Email addresses and phone numbers are stored encrypted in the database but are decrypted in plain text in the export.
