Facebook Messenger
Connect your Facebook Page so your AI agent replies automatically to every Messenger conversation. Customers who message your Page through Messenger — whether from Facebook, the Messenger app, or the Page's chat plugin — all get instant AI-powered responses.
Requirements
- •A Facebook Page (not a personal Facebook profile).
- •Admin or editor access to the Page in Meta Business Manager.
- •The Page must have Messaging turned on in Page Settings.

Manual connection (advanced)
You can also connect by entering credentials manually:
- •Page ID — the numeric ID of your Facebook Page (found in Page Settings → About → Page ID).
- •Page Access Token — a long-lived token generated in Meta's Graph API Explorer with pages_messaging and pages_manage_metadata permissions.
- •Page name — optional display label to identify which Page is connected.
If a manually connected integration stops working (token expired), you can update credentials using the Update Credentials form on the Connect tab — or simply reconnect via OAuth to replace the token automatically.
What the connected view shows
- •Facebook Page name — the Page currently linked.
- •Page ID — the Meta numeric identifier for the Page.
- •Connection method — OAuth or Manual.
- •Status — "Live — Replying" when active.
- •Connected at — when the integration was first authorised.
Stats tab
The Stats tab shows:
- •Messages received, AI replies sent, reply rate, and last message timestamp.
- •A 14-day bar chart of daily Messenger volume.
- •A paginated message log showing each conversation message and the agent's reply.
Disconnecting Messenger
Click Disconnect on the Connect tab. The agent immediately stops replying to Messenger messages. Your message log and stats are preserved. To resume, reconnect via OAuth or re-enter manual credentials.
